Port is Back in Action!

I'll probably do more than one post today since this is our first day of treatment. Drug starts at 9am and runs until 1pm. Paul called me this morning around 7:30am to inform me that he was eating Fruit Loops, pan cakes and bacon in bed and watching cartoons. I think he was gloating. He also told me that the medicine they put in the port last night worked, and now blood would come out! This is a great answer to our prayers. I didn't even want to think about how inconvenient a new port would be to get in. So, thanks for lifting that one up. I'll post again after we see how things go today. (-:
