Up and Down

While Paul had a pretty restful night, he woke up throwing up. We made the decision to change up anti-nausea meds to see if something else might work better. There has been no fever since yesterday late afternoon, so that is good, and I hope it continues. As far as the steriods, Paul does seem to be down to one area of pain - his tummy, and that seems to be nausea. We have no explanation for the nausea. One additional good sign...Paul has had some good feeling time today, and we actually got up and went next door to the playroom for a while. We also played some games, made some airplanes, and colored. All-in-all, I think we have a better day on our hands compared to the last 2 or 3. Pray against this nausea, and continue to ask the Lord for healing. We have to decide on our next treatment option irrespective of how all this turns out.

We pray that God's healing hand will continue to touch Paul, taking away the nausea and pain - and healing his little body that has been through so much. We also pray that God, in His wisdom and graciousness, will guide and direct the doctors, you and Leigh as you make decisions regarding the next steps in treatment.
Our Father is such a loving God and we continue to have faith that He will heal Paul.
Please know that prayers continue. There are a lot of us out here thinking of you and asking God for the blessings and healing only He can provide.
Thank you so much for providing the "updates" so that we know better what to pray for.
